28 galleries of strictly contemporary art, from eight different countries. Apart from the French ones, galleries from Germany, Belgium, Canada, Cuba, Italy, USA and Switzerland, with their 200 artists. All practices are represented: painting, photography, sculpture, video and new technologies.
Show Off is open: 28 galleries of strictly contemporary art, from eight different countries. Apart from the French ones, galleries from Germany, Belgium, Canada, Cuba, Italy, USA and Switzerland, with their 200 artists. All practices are represented: painting, photography, sculpture, video and new technologies. Its goal is to make contemporary art more accessible to the general public and to offer a more relaxed alternative to the established art fairs. It is an art fair with artistic discoveries, seeking to promote contacts between all those interested in truly contemporary art - artists, collectors, art critics, curators...

WHERE?
Show Off is housed in Espace Pierre cardin, a 12,000 square foot complex in the heart of Paris, at the north corner of the Place de la Concorde, between the Grand Palais and Cour carre'e, and a 5 minutes walk from the Champs Elyse'es and the Tuileries gardens. Subway : Concorde (line 1) or Champs-Elyse'es (lines 1;8)

October 25 to 28, everyday from 12 to 9 pm, Sunday 29th October: noon - 5pm
PROGRAMS
The program is rich in artistic discoveries. The presentations in the galleries will be accompanied throughout the fair by an important ensemble of videos and daily performances, in the fair and in the movie house open to the public, the Show Room. We gave you the complete program in our previous letter. Here it is again Access to Conferences, Video Programs, Performances is included in the Show Off admission ticket
Bring the Kids The discovery of the fair for kids, from 4 to 8 years, old will be on wednesday25 October at 3pm. Register by email at enfants@showoffparis.com
